Today, President Donald Trump will address midterm election rallies in Texas at the Port of Corpus Christi and the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center.
As part of Operation Economic Outcast, the Department of the Treasury sanctioned a law firm based in Panama and Greece for setting up shell companies to camouflage the network selling Iranian oil, petrochemicals, and steel for the benefit of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps-Qods Force and the Houthis.
State Department Spokesman Tommy Pigott said, “These measures will deprive the Iranian regime of funds to target Americans and our allies by preventing it from using the shadow fleet to transport Iranian petroleum and petrochemicals and to evade U.S. sanctions.”
